I keep finding myself wanting comfort no matter how hard i try to push through it. Im thinking about finding a true story on a book about someone who has overcome difficulty and changed their life around. What are some other things i could do?

  1. Work on yourself, in the beginning finding motivation is hard but if you dont give up eventually you will find the comfort in that you became a better you.

  3. Gym, local basketball court, talking to more people, going out more, etc.. Its cliche I know but its cliche for a reason. If you’re looking for a way to be happy while staying at home all day, it wont happen. Also youre not supposed to be comfortable all the time, turning your life around and achieving true happiness comes from conquering stuff you fear and are most uncomfortable with.

  4. Lift weights, have a shower, hug my wife, maybe splurge and make an extra good steak dinner.
