The more roused you get the more different reaction or sensation your boobs or clit will give. Too fast might be unpleasant. Tldr try it out and see for yourself. Not every women is the same.
My wife and I have a lot of vibrators. Some with 2 settings and some with a dial that goes from buzz to zoom.
The setting she prefers seems to depend on a lot of things, and does not seem to be consistent. Sometimes she starts with the slower rumbly setting and then goes to the faster after a few orgasms. Sometimes she can’t take the fast speeds after a few orgasms. Other times she just starts with the fast speeds and never uses the slow one.
I’ve got a neuroscientist buddy who has done tons of legit actual research and apparently has isolated the optimum oscillations per second for pleasure. I have no idea how you translate that into real world use of some random vibrator though… so just do what feels great and don’t worry about skipping speeds or hurting yourself.
