If you’ve got a feeling she likes you then just be her friend first. Telling her you like her out of the blue could end badly if you misinterpreted how she acted towards you. Be kind, be polite, and don’t rush things. Just be yourself and try not to go out of your way to impress her or anything. If your comfortable around her already then just spend time with her, if you two aren’t friends then just make casual conversation when you can. When you eventually get to the point where you are both really comfortable around each other then you can go for it and tell her how you feel, invite her to dinner or prom or whatever. Good luck!
