Yes, as a guy I do hold off as long as I can before orgasm because it just seems to hit harder and feel better when it goes over the edge. I guess an analogy is like going over a mountain vs a hill.
Cum does shoot out with much more force vs just dribbling out for the other method. Maybe you can let her know when you are about to orgasm rather than surprising her with it.
