7 days a week, since we live together. the question is, how much time a day. because since we have our responsibilities, there is not a single *whole* day available for us to spend together
If you count chores, errands and parallel hobby activities, almost all our non-work time is spent together and interacting to some degree. Actively doing things together (dinner, joint chores, working out, dates, etc) I’d say at least an hour or so a day and more on weekends.
Most evenings. He needs some time to decompress after work so he’ll either have a long bath or play some video games. After that, we have dinner together and then either watch TV/a movie or play video games together.
Weekends are a little trickier right now as we’re renovating our house. So, we’re generally “together” but working on different things.
A normal weekend, however, would be most of the day. We like to sleep in and then have coffee in bed. Then we might take our dog for a walk, go kayaking, go for a meal out/ have a bbq, visit our daughter or play video games.
We like spending time together and we’re both introverts who like being at home so we are together most of the time. It works well.
