10 years for me. I was doing/addicted to coke from 2011-2012. It was leading me down a hole and I had to stop. Especially when people around me started to really ruin their lives with the stuff
Year three.
1 year two months sober from weed and illegal drugs. Day 4 of no alcohol.
5 years for booze, 3 for cigarettes, only really dabbled in hard drugs a handful of times so I wouldn’t consider it addiction or anything, but I guess it’s been 5 years since I touched coke or MDMA
