  1. WHAT you’re saying matters far less than HOW you’re saying it. You want a vibe that is warm, welcoming, interested, and at least mildly enthusiastic. Also, start thinking of yourself as an Ad Agency Person — generally people in that field are expected to be a little more ‘out there’ in terms of personal presence, so it won’t be odd if you’re more forward and engaging.
