Being able to flow a conversation with a stranger without having any anxiety imo

Or whatever is socially acceptable at your location. I’ve always enjoyed using cannibal as an example. If your on an island where everyone is a cannibal, then that’s would be “normal”. 😂
It’s kind of a trick question, because “normal” isn’t a singular set of behaviors. It’s kind of like a spectrum, and to make things more complicated, it can be subjective to where some people like the weird or quirky or awkward while others don’t. You’ve gotta find your people that jive with your true self.
What do you feel is “normal?” Or rather, what goals do you have that once reached will give you a sense of being “normal?”
Our psychology textbook clearly mentioned there’s no such thing as normal. It’s all relative. It depends on the culture and the norms keep changing.
