How did you manage to give up soft drinks for good?

  1. Get an infusion bottle and fresh fruit, mint leaves, ginger, etc and make water taste nice.

  2. I don’t drink soft drinks because I feel bloated with the carbonation, but if I did, I would think about how much metal and plastic I’m putting into the landfill just by drinking soft drinks, even if the containers are recycled.

  3. I honestly prefer water to soft drinks. I’ll have a glass when it’s offered on the table if I go eat at someone’s house but even if I go to a restaurant I’ll get a large water.

  4. Get a soda stream! You’ll never look back. I got to the point where soft drink started to taste so nasty because I subbed it for sparkling water for so long.
