The instructions only say grill but I hate grilling, I’ve always done burgers in the oven, I know my mum does them in a pan. As long as I make sure it’s cooked through surely I’ll be fine?

Edit to add: I did them in the pan and they were lovely! So juicy and the right amount of browning on the outside! Thanks for the reassurance everyone.

  1. Not done it, but grilling is just direct heat from above (in the frying pan/griddle it’s direct heat from below). I don’t think it’ll make much difference, just make sure it’s cooked.

  2. Yeah I refuse to grill any meat, cba with the smoke and grease. I just look up the oven time online from a similar product

  3. Cooking against guidelines will only affect any potential taste and texture, not safety. Assuming it’s cooked through, obviously.
