No one can. If you’re that worried you need to do a test. Pre-cum is a thing and so any unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy. Chances are probably low but if you want 100% you can’t from Reddit. Only a test will show. And it should be a few as even they are not 100%.
Pre ejaculate can contain sperm cells regardless of prior ejaculations.
If you keep rolling those dice there is the possibility of unplanned pregnancy.
