If it’s not a tingle, but actual pain, then no one here can diagnose anything and you should ask your PCP/GYN.
I can’t speak for the women’s side of it, but if you’re feeling actual, literal pain, then pain is usually not good.
One caveat: when my wife first got her IUD in she said sex was great until she orgasmed and then would feel a sting for maybe a minute every time. But that subsided.
But again: pain is usually bad, and if it’s unusual then go to a professional.
Probably your abs cramping from the buildup to orgasm. Or could also be going too deep if you’re using an insertable toy.
I have that too. It’s probably muscles relaxing after sex.
