Some days ago I (22M) came across to the post in the FAQ about [how to have multiple orgasms for men](https://www.reddit.com/r/sex/comments/16i64x/the_multiple_orgasm_guide_for_men). After reading it I realised that it was something I tried in the past but never worked for me, so I decided to try again, and the same thing is happening.

I can reach a point near ejaculation where I can stop it by squeezing the muscles, I don’t really have an orgasm but I feel something. The thing is that when I start masturbating again after that I quickly reach that point again, it takes me like 10 seconds, so I’m not able to achieve what the post says (taking 10/20 min to reach the point again) by doing the same, anyone facing the issue or any advice? I don’t last long in bed and I would like to achieve this.

  1. It takes a long time to build up strength in your pelvic floor muscles so maybe you are not giving yourself enough time to get stronger.

  2. What has worked for me is this:

    Cum normally. After cumming, but before it goes soft, flex them kegels, hard and repeatedly. Breathe. Continue thrusting *slowly*. Keep doing kegels.

    Usually my dick loses a little stiffness during this process, but eventually (a minute or two) it stiffens back up and that post-nut feeling fades. At that point it’s go time for round 2
