Ur mind.
Stop looking for it. And unfollow anything that shows it to you.

Ive been off porn for about 8 months now. In that particular part of my life im proud if myself.
Get in touch with your phone carrier. Mine lets me block it that way if I want/need. Dunno if your phone itself will block it.
At least on iPhones, there are parental controls which can do that.
You can try changing your phone’s DNS to one that blocks +18 websites. I think Cloudfare ([1.](https://1.1.1.1)0.1.1 [1.1.1.1](https://1.1.1.1)) does it. It simply shows a “Sorry your internet provider doesn’t allow this website” every time you try to open it. (Because of the DNS, not your actual internet provider)

get someone else to create the password though otherwise youll just override it
i think your browser you can switch to safe mode, as well as some of the apps. as for adult content, it does not just pop up
try some child lock/parental controls. Or if only browsing at home, get yourself a raspberry pi with [PiHole](https://pi-hole.net/) and just disable porn websites on DNS level
