Try buying different plugs

Usually size is too small but also I find those gem ones shape is not good, the longer tapered style better suits

Definitely means you need a bigger size! I had the same problem with my round jeweled one (and I was worried about losing it) so I got a b-vibe snug plug! They have a T end so it’s physically impossible to lose it internally and they come in several girths. They’re also just really nice quality.
