Yes there is a difference, some work better than others, and some work better on some people than others.
I presently use one from Dollar Shave Club, because now I have to have all of my personal care items delivered to me rather than buying them in a store.
I switch between 2 or 3 scents of Old Spice antiperspirant as I finish sticks, and they’ve served me well so far.
I use on of the Gillette gel deodorants.
The only thing that does not cause a servere reaction for me.
Arid XX
Old spice usually.
I use all natural deodorant from Duluth Trading Co. The spit and polish brand. Its very good.
I use Dove 4 Men. Sensitive enough to not make my armpits itchy.
I prefer to use one that is more neutrally scented so that it doesn’t compete with my cologne. A small company called Dryland Wilds makes a great natural smelling deodorant that I’ve been using for years.
Gillette gel sticks are the only product that Iv used since I moved out. They work, smell decent(let’s be honest, nothing smells like old spice) and they’re cheap. My only other brand I use is dollar shave club.
Speed stick musk.
I use Degree
I used to be hung up on using good deodorants. Then I swapped to Morrisons own brand (roughly 1/3 of the price) and never went back.
I use sure limited edition from Williams racing
Old Spice spray Stronger Swagger. Smells good and lasts all day
Ngl I use women’s deodorant. Usually Dove
I use different brands. The difference is how much aluminum and alcohol it contains to prevent sweating and for how long. And of course the smell. Some deodorants doesn’t contain aluminum and alcohol and are more expensive and mostly suitable for sensitive skin.
I use Dove for Men, Axe, Neutral and Odaban and recently Weleda (natural based) with Citrus smell.
I prefer deoroller instead of spray.
Right Guard Sport (orange one). By far the most efficacious for me
Ban Purely Gentle Unscented 24-hour Invisible Antiperspirant
Literally can’t beat it
Any of the aluminum-based ones give me a real bad rash and stain my shirts.
I used the baking soda based one for years until I started to react to that too.
These days I use the Native brand sensitive skin versions. Expensive as freaking hell, I hate it, but it’s the only thing that keeps me from stinking, sweating too much, and doesn’t irritate my skin.
Oh, and it helps if you trim your pit hair. You don’t have to shave if you don’t want to (but you can if you want) but if you trim your pits down, more product gets to your skin instead of on the hair, and you also retain less sweat because you don’t have a big sweaty mop under your arm soaking up all the juice.
Dove, the gray ones, I forget the sub-brand. They have understated and mature scents and work well.
I’ve been on the Arm & Hammer Ultra Max stick for years. Very cost effective and it works.
Really isn’t much of a difference. Just use a different brand each time you buy a replacement
I just grab one that is blue
I have sensitive skin so I can only use Tom’s, and it has to be the unscented type.
Any deodorant I use absolutely must be cruelty free. I would rather go without, than use any cosmetic that has been tested on animals.
I use Arm & Hammer Essentials deodorant, it has no aluminum (IIRC) and that keeps me from getting nasty yellow armpit stains.
Dove for Men, Sure and Nivea Men deodorants are usually the ones I go for.
The cheapest ones work as well as the expensive ones, but the cheap ones tend to leave the most weird looking and strangest smelling residue on your clothing.
None or something natural like a crystal.
Anything else stinks worse when sweaty than without.
