Watching Tv-shows I have watched a million times before and snuggle in bed
I do a lot of shopping to make myself feel good, I go out for a walk & watch a comedy, or talk to a friend.
Cry, let it out then eat something delicious watching tv. Self pep talk in the mirror and remind yourself how awesome you are and that you deserve to be happy!
You got this girl 🌼
Take a bath or binge watch some of my favorite movies
Lie in bed and watch videos I enjoy
Running on my treadmill while watching TV cheers me up huge time.
Eat ice cream
Watch fraiser or vampire diaries
Sounds odd but I read/listen to/watch a tear jerking story. I’ll let myself cry from that, and it helps drain my own sadness. It also reminds me that sometimes things get hard and emotional, but that’s part of life, and there’s happier times to look forward to.
I’ll follow it up by doing something enjoyable. Can be anything like watching a favorite movie, playing games, or eating a comfort food.
Listen to my favorite artists or eat something sweet
Buy myself some boba 🧋
I give the sadness space. I welcome it, I wear comfy clothes, drink hot tea, cry. I let it sit with me as long as it needs.

Taking care of/ buying plants. I love just repotting new ones and or just reading a book by the ones I currently own.
Eat my sadness
