I really didn’t think much of it other than getting a piece of paper. We have been together for 12 years already with lots of up, downs, twists and turns. I even told him that things were not going to change, because I was already committed to him completely. But the last few days have really sparked something in me that I want to give this man everything I can, including my best self. Right when I thought it wasn’t possible to love him any more bam! I feel like I was not giving my all before and that’s what I want to do now…
