In class, I’m sitting next to this girl and I think she’s pretty cute and I definitely want to talk to her. She’s a lil shy, maybe even bored? Anyways, I made a joke trying to get her to laugh and she just said “yeah.” Maybe my execution was bad or she just wasn’t feeling it? What do you guys think? Am I thinking too much?

Funny people can’t be funny 100% of the time. Everyone will make jokes that just don’t hit. Try to learn to be comfortable when this happens to you – it’s totally natural. Don’t be hard on yourself or overthink it, just move on and keep trying. You’re doing good.
