You have been posting on various subs for the past 6 months soliciting advice and ways to contact with other men who might be interested. No idea whether you have already been on other sites.
Only you know your relationship with your wife, but this would already be considered “cheating” by some people.
I would strongly suggest you pull back from any of these activities until you speak to your wife about this.
You can’t explore with men without cheating unless you talk to your wife first.
