Couple problems we’ve had:
When I put a condom on my erection sometimes goes. Any tips on keeping hard? I don’t think I have ED as I don’t watch porn or masturbate.
When we try full penetrative sex, we struggle to get full penetration. It seems too tight, if you get what I mean. She’s a virgin too, if that may help with explanation (?). Any advice?
Relating to the problem above, we also struggle with the angle when getting it in. We were doing standard missionary- any positions which have a better/easier angle for penetration?

What are you describe about putting on a condom is normal. You could try having your partner hold the base of your penis tightly or using a cock ring to keep your erection.
For the penetration issues, are you using lubricant? Making sure that she has had enough foreplay and using your fingers to help her muscles stretch and relax first?
Missionary but with using a pillow to elevate her hips might give you a better angle. You could also try standing next to the bed while she lays at the edge. This position gives you better visibility and control.
