a grunt who seemed as tho he as involved in petty crime and living in the streets most of his time, wanted to pick a with Me. I just walked away with no further interaction. I feel almost as it was my due and proper duty to put him in his Place and make him see the world and it’s estates as it really is.
I dont want to face a murder charge ,he didnt seem like he had any shanks on him so…
please tell me I did the right thing.

Yes you did. The inner voice wants to have a crack at people for being idiots. But the real wisdom is knowing when to let it go & keep safe. Confronting him would have fed his ego. He might try to bait you again because you ignored him, but that’s his issues.
Fighting should alway be last option men n woman are smart enough to be able to diffuse any altercations but theres always that ass kicking option if all else fails good for you
