Is liking and commenting everything they post seen as clingy or overkeen? Or do friends just not think about that thing

  1. I personally always like Instagram posts whenever they pop up on my feed. Also, I usually only comment on people’s posts if felt — if you’re unsure, do once every two to three times. Usually, I don’t think friends think about this? But I would stick to liking a picture every time you see it pop up on your feed, and commenting if you feel like you haven’t commented in a while.

  2. I do think about these things sometimes.

    Social media etiquette needs its book by now.
    I find that acknowledging a friend’s photo is a good way to say “hello” without saying anything, even when you’re not really friends, maybe colleagues… in a sense it’s like saying “I see you around”, “I remember you”, “I like what you’re doing” – I feel it applies more to those who posts occasionally, not every single or more.

    With overposters I really don’t know what to think.
