Need advice

I have a huge crush on a girl at office. She’s kind, pretty and smart. We have been knowing each other for over a month. But now she’s planning to leave to work at other place. I then confessed to her that I like her a lot. But it does not change the situation.
Now I feel depressed, hurt and want her to stay. What should I do now? Please give me advice!
