Im trying to be less anxious and more reactive when I talk to older people or my peers.
Years ago I used to think they were making fun and I always was very serious or anxious at replying…looking weird.

Now Im trying to force myself talking to people, cracking jokes exc…but sometimes I feel like I talk too much just to make the conversation going on.
I need to do it because years ago I was terrified of talking to people and saying things I always felt like they could put me in troubles or make me feel uncomfortable
