I would say with any oil she needs to lay on a towel.
My preference is baby oil as it is mostly odourless and is designed for sensitive baby skin so it is unlikely to cause irritation. It is also a pretty good lube but i would avoid getting it in the vegina, same with coconut oil though tbh
Get proper massage oil with a scent that she likes. If you’ve never given a massage before then the first time leave out the”erotic” part and make sure you know what your doing and that she’s enjoying it and getting relaxed.
Coconut oil is the best and makes a good lube too.
