Is it possible the pee was already hanging out in his urethra? I’m not a penis owner but my understanding is that it’s supposed to be difficult to pee when aroused, so it was probably just leftover. Or sometimes if someone has a weak pelvic floor a bit can dribble out.
If it keeps happening he could mention it to his doctor but for a one off I’d stop googling and let it go.
Assuming it was really urine, this is not normal- especially at his age. There’s actually a biological mechanism that’s supposed to prevent peeing during erection. It may not be anything to worry about, but he should probably still mention it during his next visit with his doctor.
