I struggle to make friends in college. I am in a new city for over 3 years, and I’ve not made any friends.
I’ve met a lot of people, it’s not like I have some social anxiety where I don’t talk to anybody, but it’s all hanging out during the classes and having some coffee after lessons. Nothing more. Everyone goes their own way after the classes finish. I joined multiple friend groups, and it was always the same. After classes, no contact, only about classes. I’ve tried asking, but everyone seems to have their own group for that already seems like they’re not interested. I’ve tried online, but that only works for finding girls.
When I’m in my hometown, it’s a different story. I have my friend group and will be socializing a lot.
I’m in my 4th of 5 years so I’m almost done and it’s giving me this bad anxiety that my time is running out because it will be so much harder after college.
What to do?
