I’m (man 27yo) a guy who love nature, calm. I like to surpass myself and I have a lot of upcoming projects going that way.
But recently I met a girl (24yo) who is the total opposite with my value. And she makes my mind goes crazy, I know that I’ll loose a lot of me if I stay with her. But at the same time the attraction is so strong it’s unbelievable.
I know her for 4 months now. As well I could try a relation with her, but the point is that there’s no going back once I’ll be with her (kind of long to explain). So I have to make a choice and it is very hard.
Kind of looking for some reviews of my situation.

Sounds like you have a high opinion of yourself and a low opinion of her. You may want to consider that before committing.
Why would you go with someone you know will be bad for you. Seems like you want to justify it to yourself. It’s like a cigarette smoker justifying killing himself.
Why do you have to lose yourself. Do you struggle to set healthy boundaries?

Do you even KNOW if she wants to be with you? Or are you just assuming because you like her? Has she made any suggestion that she likes you in that way?
Do you get into the habit of losing your identity when dating people? There’s nowhere that says you have to give up your hobbies just because your partner doesn’t share them.
Plus, why date someone that you view as “superficial”? Just date someone else if you think that little of her.
If someone doesn’t enjoy outdoorsy things, it doesn’t make them superficial. Stop being so egotistical.
Advice date other women if all you want is friendship with this girl. Don’t over complicate your life
