Hi there I’m a little unsure what to do I bought 4 tickets to an event for Halloween, 2 of my friends couldn’t go since they’re sick, I’m trying to find 2 more people to go to the event not sure if there is anyone I can find to replace their ticket. I explained to the friend that is going that I’ll have to refund her the money back since she isn’t going there’s no point, she said no she paid for it fair and square and that I don’t need to give it back?
I am pretty sure in this situation you’re meant to give the money back right? Thanks

It’s no one’s fault she got sick. If you refund it, it means you end up paying for it, you can do that if you want to be nice but she said that’s it’s no big deal. If you find a replacement, you should obviously use that money to pay her back but otherwise I’d let it be or see if she/you can sell them online to make the money back
