i am a freshman at my local community college and i’m sitting in my room while i see a lot of my friends on social media at halloween parties. I want to go to them. i’m just not really close with anyone well enough to actually get invited to any. My situation is tough though because not many community college people party…
Honestly my idea is to make friends from a university near me (UNCC) and somehow get close to them and then i’ll get invited to those parties. Community college is so lame and it’s so hard to make close friends. Making close friends is hard in general for me . Any thoughts?

Find people who do the things that you like to do. This may involve randomly inviting people to join you doing those things. This may involve you being the host to those activities.
Maybe some of those people will reciprocate.
