My friend group consists of three girls (including me) and five guys. I’ve been hanging out with this friend group every time we’re at school and chill in the library. I rarely talk much and I’m always on my phone. I always want to join in their conversations but I’m too shy to do so. I only really talk with my girl friends. Speaking of them, one is already in a long term relationship with someone and the other is bisexual and is pursuing a girl from a different grade. I’m single but I’m already interested in someone else outside my friend group.
There’s another girl who is our classmate and she can talk with the guys from my friend group with ease. I wish I was like that. I just want to bond with the guys and be friends with them but I’m really struggling. I feel like if this continues on they might not even consider me a part of the friend group anymore because I rarely contribute.
