Dating multiple girls

Hello reddit. Just checking in for some advice. I’ve been on 3 dates with a girl let’s call her A. First 2 dates were really good. Made out a little at the end of the 2nd date. The last one was kinda meh because she was really tired. Now coming sunday we have a 4th date scheduled. I like her and could see this growing further. However, lately she has had a bit of a rough period so between the 3rd and 4th date is a little more than 2 weeks, with very little communication in between, maybe 5 texts in total She told me she wants to take it slow and see where it goes.

Now I’ve stated that I’m not really exclusive until I’ve had the talk but I’ve never before been in the situation that I could date multiple girls. Now, another girl I’ve come across wants to go on a date tomorrow afternoon. She seems great too and I would like to go out with her to see if we have chemistry. Yet I still feel a little conflicted about it. What is the best way to go about this?
