For reference this person has nothing to complement, she is not funny, she is not talkative or positive, she is not confident nor dose she posses any leadership qualities. She is socially awkward, she basically stole at-least 300$ from my mom, because she pretended like she had no money, so my mom payed for a lot of her stuff (group dresses, luggage, shoes, gas, dinner, etc)…turns out she was manipulating my mom into buying her stuff.
But the issue is I have to write a small paragraph about “how much fun I had spending the year with her and why I like about her”
Idk what to write, she has no good qualities.

Madison, oh my goodness you are a fire cracker. From the airports in Dallas Texas to prelims around the state there is never a dull moment when you are around. You never fail to make me laugh with your crazy since of humor and contagious smile. Your creativity and talent is endless and that will take you far in life. As bright as your beauty is on the outside it is 10x brighter on the inside and I’m so grateful to call you my tot.

It’s a strange situation, because she sounds like a toxic person. Of course you’ll have a hard time saying something good about someone you hate. I’d just cut this person out of my life; she sounds like a leach.
If you have to write something, it can be along the lines of: Mary, you’re such a sunflower! The way you squeezed money out of my mom was genius. This will take you somewhat far in life. As far as beauty, some people have it on the outside, and some on the inside, and you…well, you are definitely, probably beautiful to someone out there!
