I have an overly healthy, fascinatingly and sometimes annoyingly strong pelvic floor, and my penis having human mentioned that it’s hard to maintain an erection in the epic battle between muscle and blood.

From a physiological standpoint are there any sexual positions that minimize/stretch/change the shape of that muscle group for PiV sex?
