It’s my third year in college and I’m still struggling to make friends.
While I tend to be quiet i’m not incredibly shy and I am able to carry small talk with other students.
However, I have trouble going from acquantainces to friends. I have no idea how to make someone your actual friend rather than just someone I talk to once and occassionally say hi on campus.
Any help would be appreciated!

depends on the college. if it’s a small town then you’ll want to start going out with them or be involved with them through some student organization or something
if it’s a big city it’s gonna be a lot harder because there’s typically a larger disconnect between the students and the university
