netflix, yoga/stretch, workout, sleep
Drawing/paitning, reading, hiking, hanging out with friends, family trips.
Since my work has started meaning 12-hour shifts in artificial light I’ve really enjoy anything outdoors.
I’ve got more into hiking and camping, bought myself a kayak and a bike. I now live in a city perfectly situated for day-trips or weekend escapes to the Southern Alps!
That said, if I only have a little bit of free time don’t expect me to move from the sofa!
Hang out with my dog. Lie on the couch and stare at nothing.
Exercise. Guitar. Painting. Lego. Yoga. Reading.
Cuddle in bed with my partner.
He works nightshift so we have alot of cuddling happening. Very comfy
What I love to do : acrylic painting, henna, baking, cake decorating, neatening the house, organising my room. What my adhd permits me to do : lie in a state of paralysis on bed and scroll reddit for hours and only get up to eat.
As little as possible
But it ends up being gym, deep cleaning, and grooming.
I think I’m slowly becoming obsessed with ‘flipping’ thrifted furniture! Sanding and varnishing just feel meditative to me.
Gaming and binge watching different TV series with my fiancé. ❤️
Write.
Do you all have spare time?
Gaming mostly
Lay in bed and shop
Stare at the wall
Play with my kitties!
