So, ever since my baby girl was born, I started stressing out over everything, became very anxious. How do you deal with stress ? How do you balance yourself to be chill?

  1. It depends what you are stressing out about. Take care of only the things you can reasonably control and the rest tends to work out.

  2. Just focus on things that you can change. All other stuff I mostly ignore or accept. Reduces a lot of stress. Also i’m at a stage in my life i just don’t have much worries besides my health (which is fubar).
