I break things down into smaller parts, that way I don’t get overwhelmed with projects.
It depends what you are stressing out about. Take care of only the things you can reasonably control and the rest tends to work out.
Just focus on things that you can change. All other stuff I mostly ignore or accept. Reduces a lot of stress. Also i’m at a stage in my life i just don’t have much worries besides my health (which is fubar).
I don’t have room in my schedule to be stressed, so I skip that bit.
Go for walks/hikes and bike rides. Getting outside and nature both help we deal with stress.
