Look, not to be too direct but any guy who wants to put his penis in a butt is going to have to be aware of the possibility that he could get poop on his penis. He has accepted that possibility. Trust me, he doesn’t care.
He has, yes, and not that I am aware of, just get an enema shower head attachment and read up on it. Don’t just shove stuff up there without doing your research or you’ll mess up your gut bacteria.
