My coworker started a few months ago and we got along fine, and now all of a sudden she is giving me and two other of my coworkers the silent treatment. She is acting friendly and laughing with everyone else. When I try and make eye contact, smile or say hi she literally stares straight ahead and keeps walking. Like with a face full of hatred. It is coming off as extremely petty.
Not sure what is going on. What’s the best way to handle this type of situation especially at work. I’m not dealing with the drama but it is making me uncomfortable and having a hard time concentrating on my work.

Ignore it. Just say “good morning ” and leave it at that. One day when she explains what happened I guarantee you will be annoyed.
