Putting it down and going outside.
Wordle.
Pixel Dungeon and it’s variants, Aromas, Unciv, Bad Piggies, Alchemy Dungeon, and the battle of polytopia are some of my favorites
I go through phone games like I’m doing tequila flights. I gotchu.
I use Fishing and Life, Art Puzzle, and Doors to lower my heart rate when I’m stressed out (I find them to be fun and let me focus so I can breath and destress). All 3 are very different from each other.
If you like tycoon games that aren’t a mindless cash grab, try Shop Titans! Don’t get me wrong, they still try hard to get your money, but it is one of the few tycoon games you can play f2p while feeling like you have agency in the game.
A few AAA games have offshoots of mini games on mobile that are actually kinda fun and chill. LoL has Wild Rift (1 lane maps, basically), Skyrim has Blades, there’s Hearthstone (card game I think for WoW) and a few others.
If you like old school video games, try Fortress Under Siege. It’s a wave defense game with an old school feel where you build defenses and buy troops to defend your base for X waves.
Fallout shelter is fun
Ok hear me out, genshin impact. If you’ve got the discipline to not spend money on rolls then it’s a super chill really good looking open world to just roam around and fight shit in. Plus it’s got a pretty good soundtrack.
