Our pants usually don’t have big pockets. A purse usually isn’t convenient in this situation! Just curious 🙂

Keep them short enough that they’re not in the way.
You can use a hand cream to keep your nails from breaking while you work.
I don’t really do anything particular to keep them from breaking, but my daily work isn’t terribly hard on them either.
I chew my nails away regularly thanks to anxiety. Nails can’t break if they’ve been chewed to bits.
I get SNS dip every 3-4 weeks and use biotin vitamins. My nails are very strong.
I use Sally Hansons Miracle Cure. It’s magic!! I reapply every 4 days
I have to keep mine very short, as I play violin. So, thankfully, I don’t have to deal with breaks.
SNS FTW!
I make sure I always have a polish / top coat on and when I put on my face moisturizer I rub it into my cuticles as well before bed. I generally try to use lotion on my hands as well esp if it’s dry and cold out. I try to file my nails as round as possible since I notice breaks aren’t as common. I also try to use my knuckles for things like locking doors, grabbing clothing / blankets, and nudging things out of the way.

File them every week and use handcream and cuticle cream often.
I keep them very short.
I get a poly gel manicure once a month. Similar to acrylic but is lighter, stronger & i believe has less chemicals.
A couple layers of some good nail polish. Everytime I remove my nail polish they are weak and tend to break easier. The longer I can leave my nail polish on, the healthier they are.
