Make a list of all the things you enjoy, and try and do them. Spend time with friends and family. Play video games. Indulge in hobbies. Learn a new skill. Take a trip. Whatever makes you feel good.
Teach your brain that you can enjoy your life as a single person.

After rejection, is better to cutoff all communication with the person and focus your time in your hobbies, healing and improvement.
Stop falling in love with one girl. You’re setting yourself up for failure. As much as women like to romanticize a fairy tale love, it doesn’t exist. Improve yourself; your looks and your wealth, and you’ll have plenty of options.

Recognize it’s not love, it’s infatuation. Don’t encourage those feelings with your actions or thoughts.
