Should i wait it out

I(19M) matched with this girl(19F) on tinder a few weeks ago and we started talking, things are going pretty decent though she can be very dry at times. she does go to college and it is the final 3 weeks of the semester so i understand that things are quite stressful. yesterday we were gonna go out on our first date but she had a big paper due and and she wouldnt be able to make it and this is understandable. she says she wants to try for today after her internship but she doesnt know if shell be out at a decent time to go on a date. during winter break she will be going back to her home state. i dont know if i should wait out these weeks and keep texting her or call it. she seems too busy to manage a relationship but like i said it is finals for the semseter and things to get stressful. i would like your guyses input about it.
