Does the retainer not come off?
It should be fine just blow jobs with teeth are bad like the teeth digging in. The same is true with the retainers. Just be careful like you would with your teeth.
If your partner has longer hair it might be an issues.
Keep them in, the attachments glued to your teeth are sharp and could injure someone. I kept mine in as it was safer and more comfortable for everyone involved just clean them well afterwards.
