I’m a 5’4 guy and I think its better to focus on the benefit of being a short guy, which is being closer to a woman in height. I think this is something great and I feel like its underrated.

  1. Glad you’re proud of it. From what I’ve been told many girls like short guys but just don’t like when they’re self conscious about it.

  2. As someone who’s 5 7, I’m not sure if it’s ever an advantage unless a saw came flying through the air at 5 8 height.

  3. I’m 5’2″. I do not mind being short, I actually like it. Among other things, I don’t have to worry about bending my head when going through a door frame. There’s plenty of room to stretch out in a bed.

    But we can’t sugar coat the fact that being close to a woman in height won’t attract the woman. Both short and tall women want tall men, with the exception that some very tall women, due to their own height, will consider short men (one of the few women I dated was 6′). Being short is a liability when it comes to attracting women, not an asset. And that’s even for secure short men like me who don’t have Napoleon complexes that some women use as their reason for not dating short men.

    It is VERY underrated, to the point that it’s almost unrated.

    Let’s see how many women come into this thread and say they’ll gladly date a short man. Probably zero.
