I want to have sex w complete strangers without condoms but obviously worried bout stds. Is there a nearly fullproof way to do this? I realize there will always be some risk but what approach would remove as much risk as possible?

I am thinking we both go in and get tested for every single thing under the sun. Blood tests pee tests etc. Have the person ask the clinic to call me directly w their results to confirm 100% clean. I know those days between the day we got tested and the day we fuck there is that time period they could potentially fuck someone else and get something and then give it to me. Also I guess things dont show up for 2 weeks after sex so if they had sex 2 wks before the test there is risk there. And hiv doesnt show up sometimes for months. I take prep already so im less concerned bout that. Ill do a visible test on them for herpes plus have them take a blood test. And as long as i get tested 2 wks after we hook up to make sure i dont have any of the treatable stds, it seems not all that risky. I dnt care if i get a curable std cuz well its curable. Is there more to this I am not considering? Like long term damage from just contracting one of the curable stds even if i treat it the same month i got it? Or other things to be worried about?

  1. They’re not perfect strangers if they’re getting an STI test in advance for you.

Absolutely no clinic will call *you* with someone else’s results mate. Never going to happen.

You’re going to have to settle for sex with near strangers willing to show you their current STI screening results. Expect you’ll have to do the same.

  2. Ummmm lol what

Google window periods, incurable STIs, fake test results, treatment resistant strains of STIs, health issues from repeated antibiotics

Put your health in the hands of a stranger & all bets are off. Test results aren’t immediate & there’s no guarantee the partner didnt have sex again after getting tested before having sex with you…

Aka there’s no foolproof way to make this safe when a stranger is involved

  3. Safe
    Bareback
    Strangers

Pick two. You can’t have all three. If you’re getting a full STI panel before you have sex that’s not a stranger.

  4. You would have to find a sex club that requires and verifies regular STI testing and either be sterilized or only have sex with men who have been sterilized for years and had it verified as successful.
