It’s not that important. I’m more concerned with us respecting one another and having civil conversations.
Extremely important. Humour is probably the main trait I’m looking for when meeting potential new friends. If we can’t joke around and laugh at the same things, I don’t really get anything out of being around them.
For me it’s imperative. I require humor in all of my friendships.
Very!
I’m not expecting my new gal pal to be cracking jokes constantly. But I do prefer a friend who can join in on a good laugh and joke with me. Uptight women give really bad vibes!

Regardless of gender, humour is important.
That’s one of the most important things.
Kinda important. Not imperative. I’d much rather have a friend who knows *when* to crack jokes than one who’s a straight up comedian.
There’s a time and a place for humor, and it’s hard to make friends with someone who’s constantly riffing and making jokes out of situations that require solemnity and seriousness.
It’s a mix of humor//emotional intelligence split evenly down the middle.
