STD or pimple?
I’ve had no symptoms of an std other than a singular large pimple (hopefully) near my vaginal opening on my perineum. There is a lot of hair growth in this area and I have been getting several ingrown hairs but this is the first one l’ve had in this area in a long time. I popped it a few minutes ago and it wasn’t very painful and hadn’t been itchy or anything beforehand. I hooked up with a girl for the first time last week and I noticed this spot last night. Her and I both only have had one other sexual partner over the past year and I know she would tell me if anything was wrong (in terms of diseases or infections) but I can’t help how nervous this has made me. Please let me know any of your thoughts.

STDs are *extraordinarily rare* among lesbians.
And a pimple is not a symptom of an STD. It’s a pimple.
Get tested and ask for a full panel and you’ll know. Nobody here can answer this for you.
