HELP: how to ask someone in a non awkward way (maybe even funny) to add you back on Snapchat because you think (hope) they forgot

Am actually working together with the person and we get along quite alright so I’m really thinking (hoping) it’s not because they don’t want to but at the same time we aren’t really that close so that I could just straightforward ask. So someone please Help
